The selected firm(s) will be required to enter into a professional services contract with the City of Chelsea for a period of two (2) years with an option for an additional one (1) year at the Citys discretion In accordance with our Minority Business Enterprise Plan, we are inviting all qualified women and minority business firms to respond.
