Should any bid be rejected, such check will be forthwith returned to the bidder, and should any bid be accepted, such check will be returned upon the timely and proper execution and securing of the contract. In case the successful bidder shall fail to execute the contract and performance bond, the amount of the bid bond or check shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages. The Kenosha Water Utility reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid considered most advantageous to the Kenosha Water Utility
