KWU 2024 Water Main Relay Package #3 Water Main Relay Package #3 8th Avenue - 51st Place to 52nd Street 55th Street - 39th Avenue to 40th Avenue 56th Street - 39th Avenue to 40th Avenue 59th Street - 39th Avenue to 40th Avenue Quantities - 350 LF 8 PVC; 810 LF 2 HDPE Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same and must be accompanied by a contract and bid bond, a certified check, or a bank cashiers check, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the Kenosha Water Utility as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured within fifteen (15) days of the award of contract. Should any bid be rejected, such check will be forthwith returned to the bidder, and should any bid be accepted, such check will be returned upon the timely and proper execution and securing of the contract. In case the successful bidder shall fail to execute the contract and performance bond, the amount of the bid bond or check shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages. The Kenosha Water Utility reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid considered most advantageous to the Kenosha Water Utility
