The Mission Installation and Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis is conducting market research to identify parties that are interested in, and have the resources to provide construction support for a broad range of maintenance, repair, remodeling, renovation and new construction. Inclusive are demolition, new construction, rehabilitation, maintenance, or repair which may include incidental design services. DPW has a requirement to renovate and modernize existing facilities/real property on Fort Eisenhower, located in Augusta, GA, Lake Thurmond (Points West Army Resort) Leah, GA and at Fort Gillem in Forrest Park, GA. MICC Fort Eustis intends to gain market knowledge of potential small business sources relative to a requirement that, at this time, will be under the following NAICS: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Small Business Size Standard: Not to exceed $45,000,000.00 gross annual receipts. Capabilities Statements due 1 April 2024 at 12:00pm EST The following are included in this notice: 1.
