Renovation of Dutch Kitchen. This project is funded in whole or in part with a U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant. In bidding and performing work on this project, construcion contractors are required to observe the "General Federal Terms and Condions" included in these project specificaions. Incorporated, therein, is the "Federal Labor Standards Provisions" form HUD-4010. The construcions contractor who is the apparent low bidder on this project will be required to provide records documenong all solicitaions or offers for subcontracts from minority and female contractors and suppliers prior to contract award. Failure to provide the documentaion may result in the bid being declared unresponsive with a loss of contract award. Question Deadline 03/29/2024 at 4:00 PM ET. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to York Area Development Corporation in the amount of one hundred percent (100 %) of the maximum bid must be deposited by each bidder with his bid. The Community Development Department of York County hereby authorize York Area Development Corporation DBA Affordable Housing Advocates to act on their behalf by opening bids. Bids will be accepted, and contracts awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of York County based on the recommendations of the Project Architect.. The York Area Development Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
