Tulsa Public Schools ("TPS," the "district") invites proposals to supply the district with Plumbing Repair Services at various locations in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Request for Proposal ("RFP"). Tulsa Public Schools reserves the right to agreement in the district's best interest. Responses must be sealed and marked on the lower left-hand corner with the proposal name and number, name and address of the vendor, opening date, and time if more than one open proposal is to be opened on the date above. The district will open the proposal using the RFP number sequence. Fax/electronic responses cannot be accepted. TPS is the largest school district in Oklahoma. The district contributes significantly to the area's economic base, employing over 5,520 employees. Approximately 33,572 students (about twice the seating capacity of Madison Square Garden) are enrolled in 77 elementary/PreK schools, middle and junior high schools, and senior high schools, as well as over 46 Career and Technology Education programs around the district. The performance period for Services shall be awarded to include an optional four (4) additional annual renewals at the option of TPS with a desired start of service on July 1, 2024.
