This Request for Proposals (RFP) is in reference to the synopsis posted on July 2, 2024 titled "Kinneary Basement Slab Void Fill and Wall Replacement." The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire construction services for the Kinneary Basement Slab Void Fill and Wall Replacement project at the Joseph P. Kinneary U.S. Courthouse, 85 Marconi Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215. A preproposal meeting and site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, July 24, 10:00AM Eastern Time. You will find all of the information needed to register for this meeting and submit your bid in the two documents attached to this solicitation notice. This solicitation is a total Small Businesses. Full project details can be found inside the attached drawings and project specifications. The estimated price range for the Project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer 5 calendar days before bids are due. Answers to submitted questions will be issued via amendment or clarification to all bidders by the Contracting Officer within 3 calendar days before bids are due. Bidders shall not contact the any building tenants. All questions must be submitted to GSA *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
