Renovation of a municipal facility in Garden, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Township Hall Roof Repair/Replacement. The township reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, and to waive irregularities in the bids. There is no requirement to accept a bid on low price alone. Specifications for roof repair/replacement on site: Existing building foot print is approximately 74' x 80'. Remove existing metal roof, new purlins, install additional insulation, install 5/8-inch OSB, add a fiber moisture barrier, replace with new metal, and install vented ridge cap and soffits. The contractor shall provide all of the labor and materials required to perform the work. The contractor is responsible for all clean up and restoration of any damage to the site that may occur during construction. Project bid forms will be provided. The successful bidder must provide qualifications, a performance bond, contractor's license, proof of workers compensation and builders risk insurance, and proof of liability insurance. All work must be performed in accordance with the Delta County Building code for commercial buildings. All work must be completed by October 1, 2024. There is also a drop box at the front door of the hall. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
