NOTE: Penn Township Board of Commissioners have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Penn Township. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Penn Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. The Work will be substantially completed within sixty (60) calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is not subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is sixty (60) calendar days. The Notice to Proceed would be issued after Monday, May 6, 2024. Penn Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 04/03/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions through Online Portal
