Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ohio Township, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Question Deadline 04/03/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. All correspondence should be made thru Procore Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project includes but is not limited to the elimination of the existing Kenosha Hills lift station; installation of approx. 460 LF of 8" gravity sewer main, five 48" diameter standard sewer manholes; removal/retirement of existing lift station, gravity sewer facilities and existing force main; and bypass pumping. The work includes all supervision, equipment, materials and labor, temporary erosion control, maintenance of traffic, clearing and grubbing, all testing, flowable backfill, final grading and seeding and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work shown in the drawings and specifications. All work must be ready for satisfactory and continuous operation, in accordance with the plan and specifications and all other work required for the completion of the project. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Kenosha Hills Lift Station Elimination. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be as shown in the Bid Form. All addenda, which may be issued for this Project, will be issued to each plan holder via email. For those whom also purchase printed Contract Documents, printed addenda will be provided as well. All plan holders shall note, the printed documents are provided as a courtesy and do not preclude the plan holder from relying upon the web/email-based materials (i.e. delays in mail delivery will not be considered relevant due to all contract document holders access to materials via web/email). No refunds will be issued for this project. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, or to make such combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. NO bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
