Nuckolls County 2024 Culverts For Supplying Materials Only Required to Construct Corrugated Metal Pipes And Other Related Incidental Work at Two Sites. The Project Sites Are Located; C-65(714)-on Road 3900 Between Road U and Road V and C-65(733) on Road D Between Road 3800 and Road 3900, Both in Nuckolls County, Nebraska. The Project is Referred to as "Nuckolls County 2024 Culverts" and Shall Include All Materials to Construct: C- 65(714) Triple 72" X 41' Corrugated Metal Pipes on a 0-degree Skew and C 65(733) Triple 96" X 41' Corrugated Metal Pipes on a 10-degree Skew (Rhb), Both With Steel Head Walls and Wingwalls. Along With Its Bid Proposal, Each Bidder Shall Submit an Unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check Made Pay- Able to the County Treasurer of Nuckolls County, Nebraska, in an Amount Equal to Five (5) Percent of the Bid Proposal. Also, Each Bidder is to Include an Esti Mated Time of Delivery for the Materials With Their Bid Proposal. The Desired Delivery Date of the Material is Eight to Ten Weeks After the Award of the Contract. All Materials Shall Be Delivered to the Project Site. Within Ten (10) Days Following the Award of the Contract, the Successful Bidder Shall Furnish a Surety Bond or Bonds in an Amount Equal to or Greater Than the Full Amount of the Contract. The Surety and Form of the Bonds Are Subject to the Acceptance by the Nuckolls County Board of Commissioners. The Nuckolls County Board of Com- Missioners Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or to Waive Any Irregularities in Bids Received. Award of the Contract Will Be in Accordance With the County Purchasing Act's Competitive Bidding Considerations as Set Forth in Neb.rev Stat. 23-3110 to 23-3114.
