The proposed project is a McAllen Public Safety Building Evidence Room-Storage that consists of remodel storage room under parking garage ramp approximately 4,472 s.f. It will be water proofed throughout and small office area approximately 400 s.f. with HVAC and humidity control and lighting. This project is being funded, in part, by Department of Justice funds and is subject to the following Federal requirements: Executive Order 11246;; Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968;, the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts as well as State laws and regulations.
