Request for Statement of Qualifications for Architectural Design Services for McAllen Public Safety Building Evidence Room Storage Question Deadline 04/05/2024 at 12:00 PM CT The City of McAllen is soliciting Statement of Qualifications for [from experienced Architectural firms for professional architectural design services in the preparation of construction documents. The proposed project is a McAllen Public Safety Building Evidence Room-Storage that consists of remodel storage room under parking garage ramp approximately 4,472 s.f. It will be water proofed throughout and small office area approximately 400 s.f. with HVAC and humidity control and lighting. This project is being funded, in part, by Department of Justice funds and is subject to the following Federal requirements: Executive Order 11246;; Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968;, the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts as well as State laws and regulations. In addition, the successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, age or national origin. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
