Site work and paving for a road / highway in Riverdale, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for construction of the above project; consisting of the following items of work: mobilization; obtaining all bonds and insurance; removal of all dirt, debris and vegetation on all roadways designated to be chip sealed and fog coated; installation of chip seal coat materials with fog seal and striping the roadways specified as required and all appurtenant work in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer, CEC, Civil Engineering Consultants, PLLC The Engineer's Estimate of Cost for the total project is $298,000. : All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid price, drawn payable to the order of Owner noted herein. he Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make award or refuse in the interest of the Owner. All proposed work contained in the contract documents shall be completed by 31st August 2024. Work shall not start prior 15 th May 2024 Liquidated damages or project delay charges will be issued for work not completed on time per the contract document
