In addition, successful bidder shall furnish certified certificate(s) of insurance to demonstrate compliance with all insurance coverage requirements as set forth in the contract documents. The City of Warren reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any item or combination of items contained in any bid, to waive any irregularities in conjunction with any bid, and to accept that bid, or part thereof, which is deemed most advantageous to the City at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
