ADA improvements will consist of replacement of curb ramps and deficient sidewalk. Access Management improvements will consist of constructing isolated sections of raised medians in the existing two-way left turn lane (flush median). Minor improvements to the existing storm drain systems will include in-kind replacements and repairs. At the intersection of SR 30/30A (US 98) and SR 30 (US 98B/Beck Ave), the eastbound free-flowing right turn lane will be reconstructed to provide a midblock crosswalk and the eastbound right turn lane will be widened and reconstructed to provide a keyhole bike lane.
