The Hard Rock pool, Family Pool and Hot Tub are all chlorine (erosion fed) bathing pools that are operated, heated, and maintained 365 days a year without seasonal closing. Daily opening is 08.00 am and closure to hotel guests at midnight each day This scope is for contract to fully maintain all three pools in accordance with standards from the NSPF and as required by both Cherokee Nation Health and Oklahoma Health departments inspection teams. Chosen vendor will: Perform and oversee backwashing, vacuuming, tile care, water and chemical balance levels as considered routine required maintenance. Facilitate repairs, replacements, and maintenance as required for the safe and efficient operation of bathing place according to standards set. Large scale repairs will be bid out as separate from this care contract. Chemicals are procured from Leslie Pools and are already contracted at discounted rates; so will not be part of this contract. Contractor will be expected to communicate needs and assessments as well as advise Cherokee Nation management of any improvements needed or suggestions they may have for the process of maintaining the swimming pools.
