Saving Project...

Site work for a civil project in Chattanooga Valley, Georgia. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Per addendum 5, the bid opening has been postponed as routing revisions are finalized with the property owners. A new bid opening date and time will be issued in the next addendum. The Project consists of the following major elements: New 12-inch ductile iron and steel water main and booster pumping station to the top of Lookout Mountain at the McLemore Resort. All questions must be answered and the data given must be clear and comprehensive. This statement must be notarized. If necessary, questions may be answered on separate attached sheets. The Bidder may submit any additional information he desires. Attach all additional sheets to these Contract Documents. No interpretation of the meaning of the Drawings, Specifications, or other prebid documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to pschofield@ctiengr.com or Philip R. Schofield, P.E., Project Manager, CTI Engineers, Inc., at 1122 Riverfront Parkway, Chattanooga, TN 37402, and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
