Scope of work includes but not limited to Hatfield Consultants LLP - White Rock Removal Environmental Mitigation Plan - September 2021(attached): 1 Erecting site security fencing around work zone area and construction lay down area including dismantle/removal after project; 2 Includes scaffold as required, including engineered drawings and engineer inspection; 3 Include dustless environmental friendly Zero VOC Dumon Lead - specific removal method and/or setup and dismantle containment (shrink wrap) around access scaffold, including all environmental controls, ventilation, and protections; 4 Provide a detailed environmental control plan and safe work procedures for the abrasive blasting, containment, and protection (submitted prior to work proceeding); 5 Provide security personnel on site during non-working hours (overnight+ weekends) for the duration of the project; 6 Provide a Certified Safety Officer during all work hours; 7 Provide disposal bin and removal of all construction garbage and debris; 8 All temporary power to complete the full scope; 9 Remove existing coating using abrasive blasting (recycled crushed glass). Note that section of the rock not accessible with blasting nozzle may not be fully removed, best effort to remove pitted paint with minimal digging; 10 Disposal of hazmat lead containing paint using safe work procedures and exposure control plan; 11 General daily cleanup and final clean of the rock and work zone area, final clean with mechanical stone-safe brushes and detergent; 12 Construction management, supervision, administration, and insurance; 13 Apply marine-grade salt-resistant anti-graffiti clearcoat to original granite surface (sealer specification unknown and to be approved prior to proceeding).
