Reference number : 1827929 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-08 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 5 The Societe des establishments de plein air du Quebec (the "Sepaq") is requesting bids from suppliers interested in supplying and delivering six (6) above-ground tanks for storing flammable and combustible liquids and three (3) pumps necessary for the operation of these (hereinafter the tanks and pumps collectively referred to as the "Reservoirs") and which will be installed on sites operated by Sepaq Anticosti. The tanks have the following characteristics: i) Above ground; (ii) Made of steel and capable of containing flammable and combustible liquids; iii) Minimum capacity of 4,450 liters and maximum of 5,000 liters; iv) Includes a ventilation system; v) Cylindrical format with double bottom. The pumps described below are required: i) Two (2) 3/4 pumps with 110 V filtration system (cartridge or screwed); And ii) One (1) 3/4 pump with 12 v filtration system (cartridge or screwed). The Tanks must be delivered to Relais Nordik located at 17, avenue Lebrun in Rimouski (Quebec) G5L 2P8. Sepaq will take charge of the maritime transport of the Tanks at its own expense. The Tanks must be protected for transport by boat or installed in a container. The Tanks must be delivered no later than September 25, 2024. The Tanks cannot, however, be delivered before June 19, 2024.
