Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the addition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Lexington Housing Authority - Connie Griffith Drive-thru Canopy Addition Bids shall be accompanied by Certified Check or Bid Bond, payable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five (5%) of Bid. A lump sum bid is desired for the project. Successful bidder shall provide an acceptable 100% Performance and Payment Bond within ten (10) days of receipt of a Notice of Intent to Award Contract. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informality Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after Bid date. Faxed or electronic withdrawals will not be permitted. MBE/WBE/DBE participation/partnership is strongly encouraged
