This solicitation is an Invitation for Bids Invitation for Bids (IFB) to a contractor to provide varieties of turfgrass pieces and related installation on an as-needed basis as described herein. The County anticipates awarding Term Contracts for an initial contract term of three years. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements. Bids submitted by any other method will not be accepted. The County eProcurement Portal Clock is the official clock for the determination of all deadline dates and times. Without exception, responses will not be accepted after the submission deadline regardless of any technical difficulties such as poor internet connections. Sarasota County strongly recommends completing your response well ahead of the response deadline. The County assumes no responsibility for any bids received after the bid end date. Bids submitted cannot be viewed by anyone other than the Bidder until the official bid opening occurs. Submitted bids will be made public in accordance with Florida Public Record laws found in Ch. 119, F.S. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check OpenGov for answers to questions.
