Site Improvements Project at Philipsburg Elementary School and Philipsburg-osceola Area Middle School A certified check, payable to the Philipsburg-Osceola Area School District, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and Surety Company, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Should there be reasons why the Contract cannot be awarded within the specified period; the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the Philipsburg-Osceola Area School District and the Bidder. The construction period is 60 consecutive calendar days, beginning on or about June 15, 2024.
