Addition and Renovations to Westside Elementary School 309 Alsup Drive Springfield, TN 37172 A five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashiers) made payable to Robertson County. Liquidated Damages will be assessed in the amount of Two hundred-fifty dollars ($250.00) per calendar day for failure to complete within the designated time. Bidders will be allowed Seven Hundred Ninety-One Calendar Days from the date stipulated in the Notice to Proceed issued by the Architect to achieve Substantial Completion. Bidders shall be licensed as General Contractors under Tennessee Code annotated 61-601, etc. Robertson County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities or informalities, and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the County. All questions to the design team must be in writing. The deadline for questions to be answered in the forthcoming addendum is 5:00 P.M. Friday March 29 th .
