The City of Nashua, NH is seeking qualified and experienced landscape contractors to submit proposals for the replanting of the planting beds along Main Street in Nashua, NH. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify a qualified contractor to provide professional services for the Main Street Planting Beds Replanting Project. The Main Street Planting Beds Replanting Project aims to enhance the aesthetic appeal of Main Street by replanting the existing planting beds with a selection of appropriate and visually appealing plants. The project scope includes the removal of existing vegetation, soil preparation, selection and installation of new plants, repair or replace damaged irrigation system, and maintenance recommendations for the ongoing health and vibrancy of the replanted beds. Vendors are encouraged to submit questions via email; however, the City assumes no liability for assuring accurate and complete email transmission/receipt and is not responsible to acknowledge receipt. Postmarks or other timestamps will not be accepted in lieu of actual delivery. Vendors can use whatever delivery mechanism they choose as long as it remains clear that the vendor is responsible for submissions prior to the date and time. The time of receipt shall be considered when a proposal has been officially documented by the Purchasing Department, in accordance with its established policies, as having been received at the location designated above. The City accepts no responsibility for mislabeled mail. Any and all damage that may occur due to shipping shall be the Vendors responsibility. The City of Nashua reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with the selected contractor.
