** As of May 21, 2024 projetc has been awarded to Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc. $1,516,241.17.** The project consists of the construction of a roundabout at the existing intersection of S. 28th Place and W. Pleasant Grove Rd. This will include, but not be limited to: demolition as required; asphalt and concrete removal; full depth pavement removal; storm and sanitary sewer main extension; water main extension; curb and gutter; structural subgrade fill placement; base course; hot mixed asphaltic concrete binder and surface courses; permanent pavement markings and striping; sidewalks; construction of a 26'-6" center island, and landscaping. No Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for at least 120 days.
