This project involves construction of a bituminous parking lot, parking lot striping, and sidewalks south of the IM Sports West building and west of Spartan Stadium, including associated removal of existing site walls, pavements, utilities and landscape treatments. Work includes construction of a stormwater infiltration system and storm piping. The substantial construction completion date for the project, as set forth in the project manual and drawings is August 16, 2024. Performance and Labor and Material Bonds are required as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals either in whole or in part and to waive any irregularities
