JCSS is seeking proposals from responsive and responsible vendors to provide and install AV equipment and installation at multiple schools as specified in the Scope of Work/Requirements. In the event that the contract(s), if any, resulting from the award of this eRFP shall terminate or be likely to terminate prior to the making of an award for a new contract for the identified products and/or services, JCSS may, with the written consent of the awarded supplier(s), extend the contract(s) for such period of time as may be necessary to permit JCSS's continued supply of the identified products and/or services. The contract(s) may be amended in writing from time to time by mutual consent of the parties. Unless this eRFP states otherwise, the resulting award of the contract(s) does not guarantee volume or a commitment of funds.
