Spokane Transit Authority (STA) wishes to improve and expand the existing Mirabeau Point Park & Ride to a Transit Center. The existing transit platform and support building will be demolished to provide expanded operations capacity with an integrated support building and roof structure. High Performance Transit stops will be added fronting Indiana Avenue. Site improvements include installation of underground utilities, expanding parking capacity, and new landscaping. PROJECT LOCATION Mirabeau Point Park & Ride 13209 E.
