A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Township of Roxbury, or a duly executed Bid Bond, in the amount of 10 percent of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be deposited by the Bidder together with a Surety Consent evidencing that he can obtain the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond for 100% of the contracted amount. The successful Bidder shall be required to deliver to the Township an executed Performance Bond and Payment Bond of a responsible indemnity company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and listed in OMB Circular 570. The Township of Roxbury reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and to accept the proposal which is in the best interest of the Township
