Construction Inc $1,375,001 RND Constractors Inc. $529,000 Bogh Engineering Inc $1,947,000 Pro-Craft Construction $3,292,000 Rancho Pacific Electric Construcion Inc. $2,575,800 with the total awarded amount of $9,718,801 DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT Chino Valley Unified School District - Fun Club Installation Project will consist of new permanent portables classrooms at nine (9) separate Chino Valley Unified School District elementary school campuses throughout Chino and Chino Hills. The scope of work at each elementary school campus includes earthwork/grading, structural concrete, civil site utilities, site asphalt and concrete paving, utility systems, landscape planting/irrigation, chain link fencing and gates, ornamental steel fencing and gates, striping, signage, equipment installation, miscellaneous metals, painting, plumbing, HVAC & HVAC controls, electrical, low voltage systems, fire alarm, etc. The project includes site work upgrades for accessibility and building code compliance. Please note that some of the existing elementary school campuses will require more work than others due to the location of the existing utility tie-ins. In addition, a few of the elementary school campuses will require the installation of a new shade structures and or a playground equipment area. If any bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Project Documents or finds discrepancies in or omissions from the Project Documents, a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof must be submitted to the District & Construction Manger on or before May 20, 2024, by 5:00pm. No requests shall be considered after this time.
