Reference Number 0000346048 The CITY OF ONEONTA is seeking administrative services for the Oneonta Housing Rehabilitation Program. The City of Oneonta obtained a NYS Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) in the amount of $500,000 that will be used to provide rehabilitation assistance to 13 to 14 low-moderate income homeowners in the City of Oneonta to rehabilitate their single-family homes. The scope of work will include administering the CDBG grant on behalf of the City of Oneonta to meet all grant requirements, including marketing the program, preparing the application documents, program intake, construction administration services, disbursement requests, MWBE requirements, and all other grant program requirements.
