The Innovate Newport under went extensive renovations and now upgrading it with a generator so it can be used as an EOC - The building is an old school that has been turned into long and short term office rentals - There is a coffee shop and multiple full time tenants that occupy the building on a daily basis All trash and debris removal is responsibility of contractor City of Newport would retain ownership of any panels, meter sockets, and major electrical components that are removed All work must be done under the guidelines of the RI historical commission All work to be done to code and professional standards Power shutdowns need to be arranged with the building manager (May have to take place on nights or weekends) All outdoor outlets and panel must be lockable A. Excavate, form, and pour concrete pad for generator B. Excavate/ trench conduit to building C. Supply and Install Generator as spec in drawings D. Supply and install bollards E. Supply and install all new wiring F. Supply, install, and wire new ATS G. Supply, install, and wire new panel and outlets on exterior H. Supply full tank of fuel in generator I.
