Miami Ave, Miami, FL. 33129 The scope of work includes selective demolition in five (5) buildings, all of which are designated as National Historic Landmarks, in the Vizcaya Village: Carriage House, Mule Barn, Dairy Building, Poultry Barn, and Staff Residence, all of which are on the National Historic Landmark. These vacant buildings have extraneous, outdated, and/or non-functional elements that must be removed in order to complete the next phase of restoration. The Contractor must furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and perform all operations required to construct VIZCAYA VILLAGE NON-HISTORIC REMOVALS in accordance with the Contract Documents and as described in the Drawings and Technical Specifications. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the careful removal of interior non-historic walls, doors, ceilings, and finished floors in unoccupied buildings that will remain unoccupied after the project. The foregoing is referred to as the "Project" or the "Work," as shown on the Drawings prepared by Beyer Blinder Belle, and the Specifications included on the drawings.
