Renovation of a transportation facility in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
furnishing of all labor and material for an interior rehabilitation of an existing apartment building to be completed at the above-mentioned property located in Ramsey County, including, but not limited to, the following: FLOORING, TILING, SPECIALITIES, AND APPLICATION OF WINDOW FILM Bids shall be on the forms provided for that purpose and according to the contract documents and instructions prepared by the contractor Greiner Construction. Completed bids shall be dropped off at the Ramsey County HRA offices, located at 15 W. Kellogg Blvd. Ste. 250, Saint Paul, MN 55102, and shall be securely sealed with the outside wrapper reading: "EAST METRO PLACE INTERIOR REHABILITATION". Prior to execution of a construction contract, the successful contractor will be required to submit a payment & performance bond in an amount equivalent to 100% of the contract, proper worker's compensation and general liability insurance coverage. Proposed date of construction contract letting is April1,2024. The Agency reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the contract in the best interest of the Agency. The Agency encourages bids from minority- and women-owned businesses.
