The furnishing of all services, labor, materials and equipment that shall be required for the shoulder stone (berming) of various Waterford Township Road. The project is located in Waterford Township in Washington County. All proposed work shall be completed in accordance with the Construction and Material Specifications of the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation. Completion Dates: September 1st. 2024 The Waterford Township Trustees reserve the right to increase or decrease any quantities, waive any informalities or technicalities, and may reject any/ or all bids as may be deemed to be in the best interest of Waterford Township. The completion of this project is subject to liquidated damages as set forth in section 108.07 of the latest Construction and Material Specifications of the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation. The minimum wage to be paid to all labor employed on this contract shall be in accordance with the Schedule of Prevailing Hourly Wage Rates ascertained and determined by the State of Ohio, Department of Industrial Relations, applicable to public improvements in Washington County for Road and Bridge Construction in accordance with Sections 4115.03 and 4115. 16 of the Revised Code of Ohio. The proposal submitted by the Bidder Will be considered by the Board of Township Trustees as being his lowest responsive and responsible bid, in accordance with Revised Code Section 9.312, and shall not be subject to change or alteration after submission.
