Without limitation, the scope of work includes: -Selective demolition of existing roof elements identified in architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical documents; -The new waterproofing of the roofs; -The new access ladder and to the lean-to roof; -The development of part of the lot including structural, civil, landscape and electrical work for: -The development of an access ramp and new staircase; -The installation of a visual screen opposite the balcony of accommodation on the ground floor. -Work to replace curtain walls and glass partitions at the entrance to the building; -Ceiling work in the vestibule and soffits at the entrance; -The execution of all works related to the construction and installation of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and civil elements, identified in the documents of the different disciplines. -The work will be carried out in an 8-storey building, for 78 housing units intended for elderly people. - During the work, the accommodation(s) will be occupied. -The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 250 working days from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of commitment.
