Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
To provide all labour, equipment and materials for the parking lot replacement at General Burns outdoor pool located at 107 Chesterton Drive, Nepean Ontario. A bid deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, in the form of an electronic bid bond, is required with this RFT. The electronic bid bond must meet the requirements set out in (b) below. Performance security will be required from the successful Bidder prior to the execution of a Contract or the issuance of a purchase order. Such performance security will be a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price from a surety company in a form that is acceptable to the City. Substantial Performance and Completion (a) The successful Bidder shall achieve Substantial Performance of the Work no later than 6 June 2024. (b) The successful Bidder shall achieve Completion of the Work no later than 28 June 2024. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
