Renovation of an educational facility in Bathurst, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Remove existing low pressure steam boiler #1. .2 Remove existing exhaust breeching serving boiler #1. .3 Expand existing concrete housekeeping pad to serve new boilers. .4 Install two (2) new low pressure steam boilers and new breeching. .5 Reconnect new boilers to existing building heating system services. .6 Reconnect new boilers to electrical services. .7 Reconnect new boilers to upgraded controls system and update graphics.
