Reference Number 0000347190 Project Number: PW Roadway Stripping 2024 Questions Closing Date 3/24/2024 at 3 PM Local Time The Town of Snowmass Village Public Works Road Division contracts twice a year for the placement of pavement markings. The striping will be on the main arteries and some arterial roadways. The first application is in May (Spring), and the second application is in early October (Fall). This project is intended to conform to the town's aesthetic and design specifications, which are found below. Anticipated Award and Executed Contract Week of 4/15/2024 Anticipated Notice to Proceed Week of 4/17/2024 Anticipated Completion of Project 10/16/2024 The Town in its sole and absolute discretion, may reject any or all Bids or cancel and withdraw this RFQ or the Project at any time or for any reason, and may, in its sole and absolute discretion, waive any non-conformance or non-compliance with the requirements specified in this RFQ.
