This procurement is restricted to the M&R MACC contractors. Only the M&R MACC contractors listed on the RFP cover letter may submit a proposal. See attached documents for scope of work and any applicable drawings. Contract Completion Date: All work shall be completed within 90 calendar days after award. Estimated Cost Range: Less than $25,000. Liquidated Damages: $13.00 per Calendar Day Requests for Information (RFIs): RFIs must be submitted to the email addresses above. The cut off for RFIs is 8 April 2024 by 9:00 AM in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date. The work includes to rehab the OLS control box B8111 and incidental related work. 1. The intent of this work order is for the contractor (CTR) to rehab the OLS control box B8111. 2. The work time will have to be scheduled through Bogue Field Operations, through the PAR. 3. The Par will have to coordinate with the Marine's, to remove all their equipment from the control box prior to the commencement of work. 4. The CTR shall barricade off the work area, and install proper signage to keep area safe, all work will be performed in a fall risk area, CTR shall have proper PPE to perform task. 5. The CTR shall lockout/tagout power to the control box prior to commencement of work. 6. The CTR shall all remove interior shelving, and window unit, and save to be reused. Once removed the interior paneling shall be removed and disposed of off MCAS property. 7. The CTR shall remove exterior wall panels and dispose of off MCAS property. 8. The CTR shall remove interior flooring and dispose of off MCAS property. 9. The CTR shall install new interior and exterior 1/2 plywood wall panels, to include cutouts for existing electrical outlets, communication wiring, windows, and door. The CTR shall install new floor joist and replace the flooring with 3/4 plywood the bottom of the floor plywood shall be sealed with a water sealer like and kind to (Seal-Once Marine Premium Wood Sealer) or better, to protect from the elements. 10. Once the walls are complete the CTR shall paint with 2 coats of white exterior paint/ primer mix, once paint is dry the CTR shall paint a coat of primer, once dry Once all the walls are complete reattach all equipment that was removed from the walls. The CTR shall apply 2 coats of nonskid paint on the floor in a sand beige color. 11. The Exterior wall shall have white fiberglass reinforced plastic wall panels installed over the plywood, once install the CTR shall seal and caulk all seams, window, and door seams with exterior seal/ caulk. 12. The CTR shall reseal all roof seams. 13. Perform multiple leak tests to ensure all panels are sealed properly. 14. Removal of old equipment, debris and trash shall be removed and properly disposed of off MCAS Cherry Point base/government property. 15. Prior to leaving site, contractor shall conduct site cleanup and return area to its original condition. After Inspection and approval, turn all paperwork into the Contracting Officers Representative.
