Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,500-square-foot library; for the renovation of a library; for site work for a library; municipal facility; municipal facility; and municipal facility.
As of June 17,2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This Project is located at the existing Building A 2nd floor at the Guadalupe Yard adjacent to the OCC. Approximately 6,500 square feet of existing restrooms, offices, training lab and kitchenette will be reconfigured and remodeled. Portions of this remodel are where the 2021 shooting incident occurred and has not been occupied since. This project will allow the workforce to return to occupying this space along with giving Building A the much-needed code and ADA upgrade and compliance.
