The Project consists of: i. Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the pulverization of existing asphalt concrete and subgrade materials, cement stabilize grade and compact reclaimed material to accommodate new asphalt concrete overlay, dispose excess material, microcracking & curing. ii. Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the asphalt concrete overlay placement and compaction at final grade elevations. iii. Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete crack sealing, pavement repair and surface preparation and slurry seal. iv. Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the P.C.C. concrete removal, construct P.C.C. concrete pavement, remove and reconstruct P.C.C. ADA Curb Ramps, Remove and reconstruct P.C.C. cross gutters. v. Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the vertical adjustment of manhole covers and valve covers to finish surface. vi.
