Site work and paving for a civil project in Ottawa, Ontario. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Bay Street integrated renewal project involves watermain and sewer replacement, as well as complete road reconstruction including sidewalks. The project’s scope will include speed management features and active transportation improvements within the municipal right of way. Additionally, the Bay Street/Somerset Street intersection will be upgraded to a fully signalized intersection. TIMELINE: Public information session – open house is scheduled for September 17, 2025. Construction is planned to start spring 2026 and be completed by fall 2027, subject to funding availability.
