Reference number : 1828473 The St-Jean-sur-Richelieu Research and Development Center (CRD St-Jean) of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAC) wishes to set up a standing offer (OtoC) with one (1) electrical contractor, in order to obtain maintenance, repair and installation services for electrical systems at its center located at 430 , boulevard Gouin, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (Québec), J3B 3E6, as well as at its Acadie experimental farm (la Ferme) located at 1134, route 219, St-Jean-sur-Richelieu (Québec) , J2Y 1C4 Site visit: It is recommended that the bidder or a representative of the latter visit the places where the work will be carried out. Arrangements have been made for the site visit, which will be held at the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu Research and Development Center, at 430 Gouin Boulevard, St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC J3B 3E6, Bidders are asked to contact Isabelle Lizée at isabelle.lizee@AGR.GC.CA to confirm their attendance and provide the name of the person(s) who will attend the visit. Bidders may be asked to sign an attendance sheet. No other appointment will be granted to bidders who do not participate in the visit or who do not send a representative. Bidders who do not participate in the visit will still be able to submit a bid. Any clarifications or changes made to the bid solicitation following the site visit will be included in the bid solicitation, in the form of an amendment.
