The work generally consists of furnishing and installing approximately 1,700 LF of 6' high, 9 gauge, galvanized fence with terminal posts, line posts and top rails with 9 gauge, galvanized chain link. In addition, this procurement will include approximately 60' of ornamental fence facing the public parking lot, on the northwest edge of the property. The ornamental fence will begin at the front edge of building and intersect the chain link fence at the property line. Lastly, the solicitation includes fabrication and installation of 2 ornamental, single swing, driveway gates. Award is contingent on availability of funds. Contract start date will be contingent upon Notice to Proceed. Contract duration is 290 days from Notice to Proceed. Upon entry to the public parking area, turn right and proceed around the back of the complex to the employee parking lot on the backside of the courthouse. Each Bidder shall bring his or her own flashlight and small tools that may be required to inspect the premises. Knives and similar sharp tools will not be allowed.
