The County of Butte is soliciting for the installation of new landscaping and irrigation for the Butte County Public Health Storage Building, located at 2091 2nd Street, Oroville CA. Project Name: Landscape Installation for Public Health Storage Building (PRJ0015) Project Location: 2091 2nd Street, Oroville, CA 95965 Project Summary: Provide and install new landscape and irrigation as described in the attached Model Contract. THIS RFQ IS INTENDED TO SOLICIT QUOTATIONS FOR A LOW DOLLAR VALUE PUBLIC WORKS TYPE PROJECT SUCH AS REMODELING, PAINTING, PAVING, CARPETING OR CARPENTRY WORK. THE CONTRACTUAL INSTRUMENT AWARDED TO THE SUCCESSFUL CONTRACTOR WILL BE THE SMALL PROJECTS CONTRACT. ATTACHED TO AND INCORPORATED IN SMALL PROJECTS CONTRACT WILL BE THE ATTACHED SMALL PROJECTS TERMS & CONDITIONS, INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS AND THE ENCLOSED SCOPE OF WORK. LIST ALL EXCEPTIONS BELOW OR WRITE "SEE ATTACHED LIST OF EXCEPTIONS" AND ATTACH ALL EXCEPTIONS ON A SEPARATE SHEET ATTACHED TO YOUR QUOTATION SUBMITTED TO THE COUNTY. Please post questions online, RFQ-86-24 by April 4, 2024 by 3:00PM PDT to be included in the Addendum. Questions will be answered April 8, 2024 by end of business.
