The Project includes the following Work Replacement of existing finished water storage tank. E&S Controls installation and mainteneance thereof. Site work, cut and fills, compaction, slope stabilization, tank foundation and tank, tank mixer, yard and storm piping. New security fencing. New electrical service entrance. New and revisions of existing control system and integration on new tank monitoring/controls and tank equipment. Demolition of existing tankage. Site restoration. The Project is expected to be awarded on June 19, 2024 during the Board Meeting. Finished Water Storage Tank Replacement - Electrical / Controls. A Certified Check or Bank Draft Payable to the Order of Owner, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and an Acceptable Surety in an Amount Equal to a Minimum of Ten Percent (10%) of the Total of the Bid, Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. The Bidder Shall Include the Fully Completed Non-collusion Affidavit With the Bid and Other Documents as Identified in the Instructions to Bidders and on the Bid Form. As Such, the Bidders/offerors Must Submit Documentary Evidence of Minority and Women Business Enterprises and Section 3 Business Concerns Who Have Been Contacted and to Whom Commitments Have Been Made. Documentation of Such Solicitations and Commitments Shall Be Submitted With the Bid. Moreover, the Contractor Shall Strive to Meet the Mbe Goal of 5% and the Wbe Goal of 3% for Contracts of $25,000 or More.
