The Town of Petersburgh is seeking bids for general lawn care maintenance for the 2024 season commencing with the first mowing to be completed by Memorial Day and ending October 18, 2024. Lawn care maintenance shall include mowing, trimming/edging, sweeping/blowing clippings off walkways, parking lots and roadways, and litter pickup (if necessary). The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required for landscape maintenance. 1. The Town Municipal Complex includes the lawn area around the Town Hall (in front, and along the sides), and the lawn area around the Public Library Building (in back, and along both sides). The Town Municipal Complex shall be mowed 3 times per month. 2. The Town Park includes the central lawn area up to the woodland tree line, around the playground, along both sides of the roadway to the Park, and around the lower parking area. The playground area shall be mowed weekly, while the other Town Park areas shall be mowed 2 times per month. 3. The Water District includes the area around the pump house to the adjacent fence line, and around the fenced in areas for wells #5 and #6 located on separate parcels west off Route 2. The Water District locations shall be mowed 1 time per month. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No The Town of Petersburgh reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
