DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT This project consists of class B and partial depth patching, HMA binder and surface course, longitudinal joint, aggregate shoulders, curb and gutter, removal and replacement of raised pavement markers, protecting or resetting survey markers, corrugate median, and any other work needed to complete these sections. Description. This work shall consist of protecting or resetting existing survey markers and existing survey marker vaults at the locations shown on the plans and as described in Sections 105.09 and 107.20 of the Standard Specifications. Survey markers may consist of property corners, section corners, subsection corners, or existing permanent survey markers. This work includes the complete removal and satisfactory disposal of existing median surfaces to allow for replacement with a new median surface as shown in the plans. The work shall be in accordance with Article 440.03 of the Standard Specifications. This work will be paid for at the contract unit price per SQUARE FOOT for MEDIAN SURFACE REMOVAL.
