Boiler Replacement at Flory Gardens and Vistula Manor The Agency is seeking bids from qualified, licensed, and insured entities for boiler replacement at Flory Gardens & Vistula Manor located in Toledo, Ohio. QUESTION SUBMITTAL DEADLINE Submit all questions to Scott Noonan at snoonan@lucasmha.org No later than 04/22/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Right to Reject any Bid. Reject and not consider any bid that does not meet the requirements of this IFB, including but not necessarily limited to incomplete bids and/or bids offering alternate or non-requested services. Specific Permits and Fees: Contractor is responsible for submitting plans, paying fees, and organizing the required inspections to complete the Scope of Work for all other permits and inspections including but not limited to: 1. Ohio Department of Commerce Inspections. 2. City/County Building Inspection. 3. Pressure Piping Inspections. 4. Electrical Inspection. 5. Local Fire Department or Authority Inspection. 6. Owners Risk/Loss Insurer Inspections. The scope of work includes all work assigned by the Owner to the Contractor(s). To the extent any work covered by a Contractors construction contract for the Project entails work beyond the historical definition of construction work, including but not limited to off-site fabrication, assembly, insulation, skids, modules, manufacture and related preparatory work, all Contractors agree to pay their employees not less than the wage and fringe benefit rates set forth in the applicable local collective bargaining agreement. Any such work to be subcontracted shall only be subcontracted to contractors who pay their employees for such work at wage and fringe benefit rates not less than those set forth in the applicable local collective bargaining agreement.
