Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lower Pottsgrove Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Description of work: Approxi- mately 8,311 square yards of Cold in-place recycling at a 5" compacted depth of the en- tire roadway, construction of 461 sq. yards of widening the inside of 2 different radius' and constructed to 408 spec. and paved with 25mm, and approximately 800 tons of 9.5mm asphalt mixture design overlay at a compacted depth of 1.5", and Approximately 200 LF of asphalt curbing. This project is subject to PA prevailing wage rates If you would like to set up a pre-bid meeting to review the project, please contact the public works director for fur- ther details. All bidders must submit bid security in the amount of [10%]. No bid may be withdrawn af- ter the due date and time or within sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening. The awarded bidder must provide performance and payment bonds. Upper Pottsgrove Township reserves the right at its option to waive any informalities, ir- regularities, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all of Bids and to accept or reject any or all parts of the Bids which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Upper Pottsgrove Township.
